Sindri Digital GmbH provides services in relation to crypto-asset recovery, delivered through certified Swiss forensics partners. Services are provided directly to natural and legal persons.
Before entering into a business relationship, Sindri Digital requests blockchain due-diligence reports from a specialised Third-Party Service Provider to verify the client’s ownership of the relevant crypto assets. Our forensics partner is Recoveris, a Swiss blockchain-forensics firm. The Third-Party Service Provider investigates each matter and prepares a report on a white-label basis. Sindri Digital provides the resulting report to the client in its own name and under its own branding, under a Service Agreement. The client may pay in fiat or in crypto assets.
Sindri Digital’s services do not include the actual recovery of crypto assets. Sindri Digital does not initiate legal proceedings, does not undertake or arrange technical measures such as hacking, does not alert third-party service providers such as crypto exchanges, and does not engage private investigators or law-enforcement agencies.
Sindri Digital does not carry out any financial-intermediary activity subject to a regulatory licence. It does not accept, safeguard or hold client crypto assets; does not assist clients in investing or managing crypto assets; and does not assist clients in transferring crypto assets. Sindri Digital may accept crypto assets from clients as consideration for its services.
Sindri Digital is the digital asset arm of the Draupnir Global group, headquartered in Lugano. We operate our own Bitcoin and digital asset holdings alongside the client-facing forensics practice — separate banking, separate compliance infrastructure, shared precision.
Crypto assets received as client payment may be retained in cryptocurrency or converted to fiat at the company’s discretion and risk. Sindri Digital does not hold client assets.
Sindri Digital’s own holdings are custodied through FINMA-regulated providers. Multisig architecture and cold-storage protocols throughout.
Sindri Digital sits within the Draupnir Global group — the joint Swiss holding company in Lugano.
